The managers job is to notice the accomplishment of the final stage work of the employee, make ch oices and decisions for the good of the company, and make a trail to be followed by other employees to steady improve the goals of the organization, and the next function of management is controlling.Controlling is a function of management that focuses on work performance measurement, looking at the end results and seeing if it matches the objectives, and finally fixing any things that needs to be corrected before the final inspection of the finished product. A managers job in this function is to stay in direct contact with the employees throughout their work assignment, gather discipline and interpret performance reports, and the information is then used to plan constructive action and change. The last function of management to be discussed is leading.Leading is a function of management that focusses on exciting the enthusiasm of the employees so that they will work hard to succeed, and accomplish the tasks at hand.
